Learning Tool is a copyrighted program. This means that it is against federal law to make copies for other than backup purposes. If you are using Learning Tool on a diskette, you should have in your possession a diskette which has a yellow printed Arborworks label. If you do not have a disk with a proper label, then you are using an illegal copy.
We have not copy-protected Learning Tool because we do not want our legitimate users to be inconvenienced. If you use or make an unauthorized copy, you are not only breaking federal copyright law, you are undermining our ability to bring products like Learning Tool to students at the lowest possible price.
